Our Gender Diverse Offerings

• LGBTQ culturally competent and trauma-informed care
• Intersex consultation and care
• Gender health consultation and treatment for people of any age, including hormone therapy for pubertal youth and older, often with families for better understanding
• Gender-affirming hormone treatment for trans and non-binary people, primarily injection due to best results and less side effects but also offer patient-centered, informed consent model care with laboratory monitoring
• Puberty suppression for trans/non-binary youth for whom it is appropriate
• Gender change documents requiring physician statements
• Binder exchange
• PEP/PrEP-HIV prevention, post- and pre-exposure prophylaxis for all ages
• HIV med management, often with Dr. Goshima or Spencer Clinic
• Laboratory draws (for those without ID, those experiencing discomfort with public labs, etc.)
• Pelvic exams for women, transmen, and anyone with a cervix/vagina needing medical examination
